Despite being a bit less popular the Sixth Finger is as useful and practical as any other Vernet False Fingers. It was design to be use in between the fingers and to allow a bigger load and different handling possibilities.
The Large Sixth Finger allows a bigger load than the standard one and due to its bigger size it is possible to put it on the Fore Finger as if it was a Vernet Index Tip.
